• IdeaLab! is one of Europe's leading startup conferences entirely organized by a small team of students from WHU

Background

• I organized the IdeaLab! in a team of 11 and served as Head of Marketing & PR and member of the board
• We welcomed 450+ international participants, renowned speakers, and partnered with companies such as Facebook, Amazon, and McKinsey
• Among other things, I managed a five-figure marketing budget and led the acquisition of media partners resulting in publications in two of Germany's leading newspapers, FAZ and Die Welt
