meet other students - safely during COVID

A social offering allowing university students in Munich to get to know new people safely in times of COVID-19 through weekly random one-on-one matches
Within a few days we onboarded several hundred students via a Slack-based community

Together with three fellow friends I conceived this project when personal contacts in Germany were limited due to COVID-19 regulations and the majority of university classes were held online
The goal of this community was to help isolated students that just moved to Munich to get to know new people
The idea for this project came up during a hackathon focused on mental health organized by Make Munich Weird and CDTM
